Mr. Mowers joined Saddleback in May 2021. 
 

Prior to Saddleback, Mr. Mowers was focused on his consulting business around the conventional San Andres play. He is credited for initiating Parallel Petroleum’s horizontal San Andres program before leaving to focus on his consulting business. He has contributed technical analysis and been cited in publications such as the “Oil and Gas Financial Journal” and the “Oil and Gas Investor”
 

Mr. Mowers received a B.S. in Geology from the University of Akron and a M.S. in Geology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
