Mr. Klvac is one of the founders of Saddleback, serves on the Board and as Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to Saddleback he was one of the founders of Quanah Panhandle, LLC (“Quanah”), an exploration and production company in the conventional Western Anadarko Basin.  Prior to Quanah, he was CFO, CRO for public and private E&P companies from 2008 to 2016 and prior to that he served in various accounting roles in the oilfield service, chemical manufacturing, food production, public utility and public accounting industries.

Mr. Klvac received a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas.
