Mr. Santos is one of the founders of Saddleback and serves as Director of Development.
 

Prior to Saddleback he was one of the founders of Quanah and served as Operations & Completion Manager. Prior to Quanah, he held the positions of Senior Operations Engineer and Completions Engineer for a publicly-traded E&P company from 2011 to 2016 and prior to that he was Field Engineer and Cell Leader/Engineer in Charge and Service Coordinator in the Well Production Services and Pressure Pumping Divisions of Schlumberger Technology Corporation.
 

Mr. Santos-Cabrera received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Technologico de Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico and an M.B.A from Rice University in Houston, Texas and is an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
